9/24/2012 - eCore User Conference 2013

We are pleased to announce the Fourth Annual eCore User Group Conference!

This event will be held February 6-8 in Dallas, TX. A casual meet and greet will be held at 6:00pm on Thursday, the 6th to start the conference, and all sessions will conclude by 3:30pm on Friday, the 8th.
At this informative event, eCore associates and key users will speak on various topics related to ePro Scheduler and ePro Manager. In addition, you will find out the latest and greatest product plans for 2013, participate in round table discussions with other users regarding various product aspects, and get a chance to lend your voice and ideas to direct future product features and improvements. Plenty of food, refreshments, and entertainment will be provided as well.

Pinnacle 2012 – In Review

We had a great time in Colorado Springs at the Pinnacle Leadership Conference 2012!

As usual, we were able to catch up with long time ePro users, met recently new customers in person, and made some new friends along the way. We were also able to give a preview of ePro Go, eCore’s latest in the ePro Product Suite.

Schedule Control in ePro Scheduler

Does your operation have special rules concerning shift durations, downtime, or scheduling probationary employees? ePro Scheduler provides schedule control features that address these needs. These features can help your operation eliminate user error related to these operational requirements when scheduling.

ePro Scheduler provides an option to setup a maximum number of hours an employee can work consecutively as well as a required gap of downtime hours between shifts. Once enabled, the software alerts any user attempting to schedule an employee outside of these parameters. An “override” button is optional and can be given to specific users or groups of users.

An additional option is available for restricting two or more probationary employees from working on the same unit at the same time. When attempting to schedule probationary employees on the same unit, the software displays a rejection message and stops the action.

Certification Notifications in ePro Manager

One of the cornerstone functions in ePro Scheduler is the notification of employees about their expiring certifications upon logging in. Did you know ePro Manager takes it a step further by sending emails at 90, 60 and 30 day intervals notifying employees and supervisors of upcoming expiring certifications?   ePro Manager also gives you an expiration countdown.  Depending on how many days you specify, an employee will receive an email each day regarding quickly approaching expiring certifications.
