Dynamic Reporting for ePro Tracker

Operations across the country are using ePro Tracker to build custom report forms within eCore’s records management system, ePro Manager. Each custom form can be released to all employees for use, or restricted for management use only. As report forms are submitted, subsets of managers receive notifications based on report type, and are then able to access and manage the reports. ePro Tracker is great for tracking reports relating to anything from vehicle accidents, to personnel injuries, to attendance issues, and more.

As of January, ePro Tracker will receive an upgrade that provides full dynamic reporting capabilities!

Managers will be able to create custom reports on any report type with the option to export the data to PDF or Excel. So, if you want to run a report for the year that displays all equipment failures, the specific piece of equipment involved, the date of failure, and any associated notes, you’ve got it.

eCore Software is proud to announce the official release of ePro BioClock 5. This release incorporates the latest fingerprint scanning technology from Digital Persona, the manufacturer of the fingerprint scanners and software toolkits incorporated in ePro BioClock.

Key Features:

• One Touch Technology: This efficient technology performs identification quickly without requiring entry of a Personal ID Number (PIN), and supports up to 20,000 employees. 
• Supports Windows 7 and XP, both 32 and 64 bit systems.
• Employees not set to “Active” in ePro Scheduler are removed from local BioClocks when synchronized.
• When manually entering employees, an alert is displayed if the employee record does not exist on the server database.
• A simplified new look as a result of the One Touch capability.
• Very easy to install and configure for immediate use.

Current BioClock customers receive the latest version of ePro BioClock free of charge, and will be notified via email next week regarding obtaining and transitioning to ePro BioClock 5.
